This plan will be based around your current body and will be adjusted along your journey to continue supporting your goals. Every 4 weeks we will make adjustments based on your progress and changes to your body, mindset and life circumstances.

Everyday, along with your workouts, you will have access to the daily lesson and questions to answer that cause reflection. This is designed to create awareness, develop a growth mindset, habit formation and mental toughness.

I designed this program to be fully encompassing. The mental space is just as important, if not more important, than the physical. Every week, we will jump on a zoom call to discuss how the week is going, any hangups and to dive deeper into any issues around anxiety, depression, anger, bitterness and habits…just to name a few. This time is designed to get into and work through anything that may be holding up mental and physical progress for you.
